Staff expectations- All of our learners will attend field trips-none are to be held due to money or behavior
- All grade levels will go on two schoolwide field trips per year
- Trips planned by grade level teams- both trips need to be planned by Sept. 13th, field trip forms and
- procedures here
- Each classroom teacher is responsible for receipting of field trip fees- click here for information
- Classroom teachers are responsible for getting chaperones. Ratio 1:8.
- Classroom teachers are to take photos of the field trip to be loaded to the grade level Weebly. Photos must be uploaded by the following Friday. Remember to check for photo permission. Click here for names of learners who do not have photo permission.
- Classroom teachers will create a plus/delta with the class at the end of the day. The chart will be posted by the end of the day on the Stakeholder wall.
- All staff members will be chaperones
- Guidance & Behavior Specialist will assign staff levels to grades to be chaperones (5% percenters)
Parent Support- Chaperones needed- teachers will contact parents as needed-enlist room parent to help obtain chaperones- 1:8 ratio
